My name is James Neville and I am currently studying Geography at the University of Plymouth, I am undertaking research for my final year dissertation, titled "The Impacts of Second Homeowners in Ventnor".

The aim of this survey is to gain an understanding of the characteristics, motivations and perceived impacts of second homeowners in Ventnor.

Can you please only complete this survey if you are the sole owner of your second home property and the primary use for your property is for recreation, leisure or holidaying.
