Hello, PARKINSON'S MOVEMENT is conducting a survey about the use of monitoring by people with Parkinson's. We would really appreciate you filling out the survey about how you use technology in your life.
This will help Parkinson's Movement in a collaboration between ourselves, Birkbeck College (London) and uMotif, a start-up designing tools to help people self-manage their health and who are designing a health tracking application to help manage Parkinson's.
The survey is 14 QUESTIONS long and should take about 10 MINUTES MAX to fill out.
Any individual information collected is secure within Parkinson's Movement, Birkbeck College and uMotif.
The overall survey results may be published but no individuals will be identified
No Third Party Organisations will access the data and you will receive no Spam! We hate it as much as you do.
