The questionnaire is not a test, so please just give your personal views when you answer the questions. The answers you give will not be attributed to you individually - they will be collated in such a way that the individuals who complete the questionnaire will not be identifiable.

Please do not agonise over answering questions. Your initial thoughts on the answer you think you should give will be quite good enough.

Please do not use the "neither agree nor disagree" option unless you really cannot say whether you agree or disagree with the content of a particular statement.
