1. Background Information
CSS is evaluating the WIA Adult (A), Dislocated Worker (DW) and Youth (Y) Site Contractors to determine how many customers currently served in both ARRA and WIA Adult and Dislocated Worker and Youth Programs can be co-enrolled in activities to leverage funding across the various funding streams.
Service providers are encouraged to assess the needs of the current customers that can benefit from the co-enrollments in activities between the ARRA and WIA Programs to continue and complete services by June 30, 2011. The goal of the survey is to determine the number of participants that can benefit from co-enrollment in activities to fully maximize both ARRA and WIA expenditures.

Please respond to this survey by no later than March 23, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. on the estimated numbers. Please note: Any modification must be made to JTA by no later than March 31, 2011. R&S and Program staff will follow up and provide any additional assistance if necessary.
