The Minister for Employment, Higher Education and Skills, the Hon Tom Kenyon MP invites written comment on the TAFE SA Bill 2012 and the accompanying enabling Bill the Statutes Amendment and Repeal (TAFE SA Consequential Provisions) Bill 2012.

An accompanying explanatory paper explains the rationale for the legislation and details the changes proposed. This paper is intended to inform and assist those who wish to make a formal submission about the Bills. It is designed to be read in conjunction with the Bills.
