SWCOEH Needs Assessment OHS Employers (2010)

Employers with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Employees

The Southwest Center for Occupational and Environmental Health (SWCOEH) at the University of Texas School of Public Health is conducting a survey to evaluate the need for trained professionals in occupational health and safety (OH&S). We are asking organizations that employ OH&S professionals in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas (Federal Region VI) to complete this brief online survey to help determine the training needs for their OH&S employees.

The results from this survey will help us design our graduate and continuing education programs to better meet training needs in the region. Your participation is completely voluntary and your responses will be anonymous. Only aggregate data will be reported and you may receive a copy of the final survey results.

We hope that you will take 5 minutes to complete this questionnaire to help improve the future of workplace safety and health. Any questions or concerns about this survey may be directed to Dr. Sarah Felknor at SWCOEH.NIOSH@uth.tmc.edu.

Thank you.
