Who are Carers?
“Carers look after family, partners or friends in need of help because they are ill, frail or have a disability. The care they provide is unpaid”. There are an estimated 100,000 Carers within Surrey and an estimated 6 million people who care for someone across the UK.
Does this sound like you? If so we want to hear from you in this questionaire. The questions will only take a few moments to answer.
We will be publishing the findings in a report on the Carersnet website (www.carersnet.org.uk) and copies will be available from your GP surgery
The findings of the study will be used to inform development of future services for Carers
