This is the fourth consecutive year that State of Flux has conducted in-depth global research in SRM (which we define as a discipline of working collaboratively to maximise mutual value from strategic customer-supplier relationships). This time around we are focusing specifically on suppliers' experiences of SRM programs, and I am delighted that we have partnered with the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA), International Association of Contract & Commercial Management (IACCM) and the Foundation for Strategic Sourcing (F4SS) to conduct this ground-breaking research.
The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Please be assured that your individual responses will remain confidential and results will only be published in aggregate form.
As a survey participant, you will receive a complimentary copy of our 2012 SRM research report when it is published this fall/autumn. This will include a comparison of customer and supplier responses to the same questions, where possible.
