1. Spring Break Registration Form

Spring Break is from Saturday, March 17, 2012 to Sunday, March 25, 2012. All Wells College residence halls will remain open during Spring Break; however, the Office of Residence Life & Learning Communities and the Department of Campus Safety need to know which students will remain on campus during break. If you plan to remain on campus during all or part of the Spring Break, please answer the questions below by March 15, 2012.
