Policy Changes Survey

Copies of the following proposed new SRHD policies can be found on the PTE Local 17 webpage. Please read the policies webpage (either from the links below or from the Local 17 SRHD webpage) and answer the following questions.

Question Title

* 1. The District is proposing a Reasonable Suspicion Drug Testing Policy. This policy would allow the employer to drug test an employee if the employer had a reasonable suspicion that the employee was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. A failure to agree to the test would be treated as a positive test.
