Springfield Public Schools Office of Parent and Community Engagement and community partners are launching a Parent Academy in 2010.
The Academy will offer an exciting array of workshops, courses and resources that will enable parents and family members to:
* Participate fully in their child’s education and actively support their school readiness and academic success (birth to graduation)
* Learn new information and skills to build healthy lifestyles
* Attain their personal and professional career goals
* Succeed as a family in our city and in a global economy
The Academy is designed to build on the strong foundation of great learning opportunities, resources and parent connections we already have here in Springfield.
Please take a few minutes to tell us about your organization and the work you do with parents – or work you are interested in doing. The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete.
