Introduction
Every year SMUD procures millions of dollars in contracts to businesses for every type of service imaginable. Your assistance with this survey will help us determine the best way to reach businesses who may not even be aware they can do business with SMUD.
It is SMUD's goal to assist more businesses like yours in the eligibility process for the Supplier Education and Economic Development(SEED) program and become certified. Additionally, SMUD desires to increase the enrollment and participation of small businesses with it's Electronic Bid Solicitation System - EBSS
The following survey questions are intended to discover any concerns small business owners may come across. The data collected from this survey will be utilized to further develop and enhance SMUD's continual outreach and education to the small businesses within the area. All responses to the following questions apply only to doing business with SMUD.
