My name is Ben Baran, and I’m a Ph.D. candidate in organizational science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. For my dissertation research project, I’m studying leadership, teamwork, and communication within business teams.
If your business or team has at least 4 people (including the team leader or owner/CEO), it is likely eligible to participate. ALL PARTICIPATING BUSINESSES OR TEAM LEADERS will receive a customized report that shows his or her team's average ratings on some key aspects of leadership, communication, and teamwork compared with the sample average. This provides rare insight for business owners and supervisors that would help him or her understand ways to bolster the team's performance and creativity.
Participating teams simply need to take 15 minutes to complete a web-based survey. Although I wish I could offer this to all business, for time reasons THIS STUDY IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 100 TEAMS WHO RESPOND.
