In Girl Scouting, Service Delivery is defined as a system that supports volunteer delivery of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) to girls. A group of volunteers and staff are working on the important task of developing a new design for service units and the important work conducted by the service unit volunteers. Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts is committed to providing the best support to all our valued volunteers. Please take 5-8 minutes to complete this survey.

1. Improve the girl’s leadership experience through quality volunteer delivery of GSLE program?
2. Improve the quality of volunteer’s experience by providing ongoing support and feedback?
3. Support the Volunteer!

Volunteer Service Delivery System is an updated phrase for Service Unit Structure.
Direct service to girls is working with girls.
Indirect service to girls is working with other adults to support girls but do not work directly with girls.
