Senior Survey for 2020

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.

This information is needed even if you are not participating in the graduation ceremony.

For those participating in the ceremony, your answers may be read aloud at graduation as you receive your diploma. Please write comments that are appropriate and that you are comfortable having spoken in a public forum at the graduation ceremony.

Information will also be used to compile alumni information and contact you in the future. This survey is required of all seniors to receive a diploma.
