Welcome to the Stokes Croft Streetfest 2011 volunteer sign up survey.
This year’s event will be held on Saturday 21st May.
It's brilliant that you want to be involved and we really need your help! The festival is simply a product of all the different elements people bring to it and wouldn't exist without you so massive thank you for being up for getting involved.
As the festival is very soon, we will not be checking these responses any more.
Lots of our lovely stewards are now unable to make it on Saturday :( so we need more people!!
If you fancy helping out please turn up at Elim Church on Jamaica St at one of the following times:
Site build 8:30am (shift 9am-2pm)
Combined site build/pack down 9:30am (shift 10-12 & 6-8pm)
Morning steward: 10am (shift 10:30am-3pm)
Afternoon steward: 2pm (shift 2:30-7pm)
Pack down: 4:30pm (shift 5-9pm)
Donation bucketing 4:30pm (5-9pm)
Evening steward: 6:30pm (shift 7-11pm)
Eve door teams: 5:30pm (shift 6-11pm)
or for Eve door teams 11pm-2am and 2-4am
either show up to the 5:30pm briefing or meet at 10:30pm outside the main door of Lakota for a briefing. There will be no 00:30 briefing- you must attend one of the earlier ones.
We will need to fill in a form, and if you are under 18 we need a signed parental consent form.
