1. Booking Instructions

Thank you for taking the time to book on the Schools Tennis Road Show 2012.

Before booking please read the following guidance.

This electronic booking process has been implemented as a result of feedback and to ensure a maximum attendance, where possible.

1. One Booking Form must be completed for each person booking a place – multiple bookings cannot be accepted.

2. Individual e-mail addresses must be supplied for each person booking a place – multiple bookings under the same contact details will not be accepted.

3. All bookings must be made by completing and submitting this Booking Form – no bookings can be made by telephone/e-mail or any other method.

4. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

5. You will be notified within 10 working days to confirm if your booking request has been successful, or not.

6. After making your booking, if for any reason you are unable to attend the Road Show, please inform us within 10 working days of your chosen date, to enable your place to be offered to the waiting list.

7. The Road Show is free to attend, but to prevent non-attendance, organisations will be invoiced £50 for any delegate that does not attend, where we were not informed within 10 working days of the Road Show taking place.

8. The Road Show is primarily targeted at the school sport infrastructure; School Games Organisers, Local Organising Committee Members and those in the School Sport Network, Directors of Specialism in England, Active Schools Managers and Co-ordinators in Scotland and PESS / Dragon Sport / 5x60 staff in Wales. In addition, teachers who deliver tennis / PE are welcome to attend if they wish, although some of the sessions and content will be sector specific (primary/secondary). Please note, due to limited capacity and content, the Road Shows are not targeted/suitable for tennis coaches.

9. Please note; events are subject to be cancelled if minimum numbers are not achieved - advance notice will be provided.
