1. Hotel Survey

A not-for-profit organization is considering providing handmade, organic, natural personal care items (bathroom toiletries: soap, shampoo, etc). Hotels could either use these in their rooms, or re-sell them to guests as a gift. The hotels could keep all profit they make, but the venture's profits would be given as micro-loans to women entrepreneurs.

Your answers will remain completely anonymous, and there is no obligation for you to purchase anything. This survey is only to determine how hotels typically use these products.

All of these questions are optional, but even a few sentences' response is greatly appreciated.
