Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority is conducting a brief survey of business owners in the Loudon-Melrose / Shenandoah West neighborhood as a critical part ¬¬of their Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grant from HUD. Responses will be analyzed to draft a strategy for future commercial development and potential improvements to existing commercial corridors that will benefit business owners, shoppers and residents.
