1. Questionnaire for inclusion in Switch EV - for organisations

 
We are looking for organisations of all different sizes from across the North East region to take an electric vehicle for 6 months. Please be aware that there is a monthly lease cost for each of the vehicles. All of the costs are available on our website: www.switchev.co.uk.

Please complete the questions below to be considered as a trial candidate for the Switch EV trial.
