Access HealthColumbus is planning its 2012 activities related to the coordination of the Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative of Central Ohio.

We are inviting leaders from participating health plans and self-insured employers to a working session. The purpose of the session is to learn from your perspectives on:

- What objectives have we accomplished over the past year?
- What have we learned from our collective work?
- What objectives should we pursue in 2012?
