My name is Melanie Thomas. I am conducting research as part of my Doctor of Philosophy degree at Southern Cross University. My research is investigating housing decision-making and I am contacting you to invite you to participate in this research by completing an anonymous survey. Participation is voluntary and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

The results of this study may be published in a peer-reviewed journal and presented at conferences however only group data will be reported. All completed survey data will be stored in its anonymous form and retained for a period of 7 years as required for all University research data.

This research has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee at Southern Cross University. The approval number is ECN-10-088.
