Thank you for your interest in promoting your product at NEXUS Green Building Resource Center.

The NEXUS Green Building Resource Center, Boston, MA and launching additional sites throughout the U.S., is a project of The Green Roundtable, a non-profit organization working to mainstream green building and sustainable development through education, policy and technical assistance. Visit us online at www.nexusboston.org.

The NEXUS Showroom contains more than 500 green products and materials in our samples library, interior fit-out, and showroom exhibits. We are a hub for green building education and product promotion – with 13,000 visitors, 16,000 subscribers, and 400 events – designed for the commercial and residential building industry. We look forward to connecting your green building products with our community.

While completing this survey, please note that first and foremost, we are looking for full disclosure and transparency from our product contributors. Please note also that unless you are submitting a survey for a range of products that are essentially the same with respect to their constituents and how they are manufactured, you will need to complete this survey for each product.

The survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete if you have the following information close at hand:

- Sales rep (Boston and New York areas) contact information
- Manufacturing information
- Mission statement & corporate sustainability report (or links to same)
- MSDS (where applicable)
- Product composition
- Product safety
- Certifications & rating standards that apply to the product
- Specific performance or efficiency rating data
- Links to third-party test reports
- Potential contribution to LEED credits

For information on our screening criteria, visit www.nexusboston.org/learn/your-buy-green-products/standards-definitions.

For ease of reference, you may wish to display these standards and definitions in a separate browser window while you are completing the survey.

Please note that while approval implies that we recognize that the product may by some measures be considered 'greener' than more conventional alternatives, a product’s inclusion in the library does NOT constitute an endorsement on the part of The Green Roundtable. We do not endorse specific products.

After reviewing your survey responses, if we determine that the product meets our minimum criteria, we will contact the person designated in the survey as the Primary Contact to request a product sample, information binder, and to discuss the opportunities for promoting your product through NEXUS. Learn more about promotional opportunities at www.nexusboston.org.org under “Get Involved.”

Looking forward to working with you,

The Green Roundtable
