Welcome to the Summer Academy 2010 Online Registration Form. Academy workshops will be held on August 9-13, 2010.
Applications for registration are due on or before May 20th. Please complete this form to provide your contact information and prioritized course requests. We'll notify you of assigned courses after defining the schedule. We will be emailing updated information throughout the spring and summer to your school email address. Please be sure to check your email often.
To secure your spot, submit a $30 payment to the Curriculum Dept by May 20th. The registration fee covers lunch, materials, and snacks. If a cancellation is made after June 18, 2010, the Hortonville Area School District will retain the $30 fee. Cancellations must be phoned into the IT Dept at 920-779-7959.
$200 (pre tax) will be paid to full-day/week participants upon successful completion of the academy. Attendees will have the option of enrolling for two graduate credits for $180 if they so choose. To earn the credits the attendee must sign up for four classes and attend daily.
