Planning & Development Services Center - Customer Service Enhancements

How Are We Doing?

 
In response to customer feedback, the Planning & Development Services Center began testing extended business hours and advance appointment scheduling on Monday, Jan. 7, 2013. The services center had previously been closed for lunch from 12 to 1 p.m. each day. We are now continuously open and available to customers from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesdays.

We are asking for more customer feedback with this short survey to assess the effects of these customer service enhancements. Please take a few minutes to answer the questions below:
1. Before visiting the services center, were you aware of these customer service enhancements?
2. How have these new enhancements impacted your level of service?
3. During your most recent visit to the services center, did you feel that the wait time to see a Project Specialist was reasonable?
4. What other suggestions do you have that may assist us with improving the services center?
