Local youth wellbeing project, Right Here Brighton and Hove, is creating a new guide to offer practical advice and information for parents concerned about their child’s mental and emotional wellbeing, or supporting a young person with a mental health issue - either diagnosed or undiagnosed.

If you have experience and advice to share that might help others, please take a few minutes to complete these questions. To be in with a chance of winning a £25 Marks and Spencer voucher (chosen at random on 14 October 2013) simply enter your details at the end.
