Thank you for taking the time to complete the Our Lady of Mercy (OLM) parishioner survey. As we continually strive to improve our parish, your input is vital to this process. Within this survey, we believe we are capturing input on those topics that are most important to our parishioners. There is always the possibility that we have overlooked some aspect of the parish on which you would like to provide feedback. To make sure we receive all your valuable input, the end of this survey contains broad questions to allow you to provide feedback on any topic you so desire.
