Orkney Islands Council is planning to build an additional 87 new homes in the three years from 2013/14. Taking the recently revised Housing Needs and Demand Assessment and the Council’s waiting list as our starting point we have a fair idea of where these houses should be. However we are now looking to gather additional information before finalising the programme in November.
