All Ohio public school systems can request free access to SketchUp Pro, a 3D graphics software program. Through the generosity of Trimble, Ohio's public schools are permitted to install SketchUp Pro on educator workstations, in school computer labs, and on other school-owned computers. Learn more about the SketchUp K-12 Educational Grant program and see which states are participating.

This form is no longer used, but licensing for SketchUp Pro continues to be made available through INFOhio!

To request access, a district representative needs to complete an INFOhio Support Request (select the category "Access/Passwords" and sub-category "SketchUp Pro"). Local education agencies are encouraged to have the Technology Coordinator or a Technology Staff person complete the application due to the licensing process involved. Before proceeding, you are also encouraged to review the SketchUp Pro license.

Those completing the submission using the will be agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
  • They are an employee of an Ohio public school.
  • They will not share the license numbers that you receive with anyone.
  • They will only install SketchUp Pro on the aforementioned computers.
  • They will not install SketchUp Pro licenses on any student-owned machines.
