1. Concert Volunteer Form -- October 17, 2010

 
Thanks for your interest in helping with the Jewish Dialogue Group's benefit concert on Sunday evening, October 17th! The concert will take place at the Rotunda, located at 40th and Walnut Streets, from 6 until 8:30pm.

Please let us know which tasks you are interested in taking on. Once we've heard back from a good number of people, will get back to you to let you know which task(s) we'd like to assign to you.

Set-up two hours before the start of the event (moving chairs, tables, equipment; setting out food)

Clean-up (for 1 hour or 90 minutes after the event)

These could be personal greeting ads, like "Way to go JDG! Thanks for your work, Miriam Cohen," or ads for businesses or non-profit organizations.
