Introduction
THIS SURVEY IS FOR PEOPLE LIVING ENGLAND ONLY.
THE SOCIAL CARE SYSTEMS IN SCOTLAND,WALES AND NORTHERN IRELAND VARY IN TERMS OF FUNDING AND ELIGIBILITY AND ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS SURVEY.
The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS) is conducting this survey to investigate the experiences of care and support for people living with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and their carers. We are trying to find out what types of care and support are needed for people with RA and whether these needs are being met properly.
We are conducting this survey in response to reforms that are currently taking place to social care system in England. Your answers will help us to ensure that the voice of people with RA, and their carers, is heard properly during these ongoing discussions.
The survey takes about 20-25 minutes to complete. The information you provide is for our research purposes and will be completely anonymous. We will not share the data with any other organisations.
The survey will close at midnight on 09 October 2014.
