To: NH LTAP Stakeholders: Public Works Directors, Road Agents, Municipal Highway employees, Municipal Engineers, City/Town Managers & Administrators, Boards of Selectmen, NHDOT personnel, & other partners.
Subject: NH LTAP Bi-Annual Needs Assessment
The mission of NH LTAP is “To provide training and services concerning the technology and management of roads and bridges to municipal highway department officials." Our Focus Areas under the National LTAP Program and FHWA are: Safety, Workforce Development, Infrastructure Management, & Organizational Excellence.
We accomplish our mission and each of those Focus Areas by providing a variety of services to local government in NH:

3. Technical Assistance
4. Website & Social Media
5. Email Listservs
6. Publications & Video Library
7. Provide Support for public works affiliate groups in NH
To improve our program and services, we conduct a survey every two years to identify the needs of local highway departments. This survey will ask questions on services provided by NH LTAP.
