NHBC Foundation survey
The NHBC Foundation is undertaking a project to review the current status of cellulose based materials in the UK.
The focus of the study is to establish how cellulose based materials may or may not be suitable for use as building materials.
To be acceptable to the NHBC Foundation, it must be satisfactorily demonstrated that materials are suitable for their intended use including being able to satisfy acceptable levels of durability and not adversely affect performance when incorporated into the construction.
This survey is an opportunity for those companies that use primarily renewable or recycled materials such as hemp, flax, wood fibre, paper, and straw to highlight the effectiveness of such construction products.
We want your input into the report and hope that you will provide the following information.
Please note that we are referring to a product or system throughout the survey. If you would like to give details of more than one product/system, please fill in a survey per product/system.
