Charlie Barnhart & Associates (CBA) is interested in your opinion on new low cost regions for electronics manufacturing. The results of this survey will be included in a report entitled "Next Horizons" that we will issue in 4Q 2010 as part of CBA's "Outsourcing Navigator Council" member benefits.
