Raleigh Neighborhood College Application
 

Raleigh Neighborhood College is a series of free evening classes to bring you information about the City of Raleigh's programs and services. The intent is to help you become a better informed and more engaged resident of Raleigh.

Many graduates of Raleigh Neighborhood College become leaders of neighborhood groups and are appointed to City of Raleigh advisory boards and commissions.

If you apply now, your application will be considered for the fall 2012 session. Classes are tentative scheduled to take place on Thursday evenings starting in early September.
