Last year, Master Well Owner volunteers dedicated nearly 1,000 hours to educate over 4,000 Pennsylvania private water system owners. Impacts like this have allowed us to maintain funding support for MWON for seven years.
We have decided to streamline MWON reporting to just ask volunteers (you) for a single, annual summary of your educational efforts. The reporting time period for the current report will be September 1, 2010 through August 31, 2011. You will receive this annual survey each August or September to report educational accomplishments for the prior year.
You can continue to submit individual reports for each activity if you prefer. On the annual accomplishment form below, only report accomplishments that you have NOT previously reported.
This survey includes eight questions and should not take long to complete. Please remember that your responses to this evaluation are critical to ensure continued funding and training of new MWON volunteers. Thank you for your help and for your support of the MWON program!
