BENEFITS OF BEING A PARTNERSHIPS ACADEMY MENTOR

-Learn how to mentor effectively and help people achieve their goals
-Access to the Partnerships Academy Fellowship discussion forum
-Networking opportunities with other leaders
-Stipend for mentors who complete the program

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Partnerships Academy Fellowship Mentors will be expected to

-Join a one-hour Mentor training phone conference call with Leah Worrell

-Support Fellowship participants to develop a document with their goals and plan of action.We will provide training throughout this process.

-Work one-on-one (either in person or over the phone) with your Fellowship participant for at least 6 hours over the Fellowship period.

-Attend most of the in-person Fellowship Sessions (at least 5 out of 7).
Sessions will be held at the Arsenal Building at 830 Fifth Ave. in Manhattan from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
-Complete short online surveys at the middle and end of the Fellowship program.

Mentors who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate and Stipend
