SECAmb has now been a Foundation Trust for nearly a year and we want to check how you feel your membership is going.
This year, we have focused on setting up our Council of Governors. Our focus for the next year will be on providing more ways for our members to get involved in and influence the Trust's work. This survey will help us to do that effectively.
Please answer as many of the questions as you can. It should take around ten minutes to complete the survey. Your responses will remain anonymous. A summary of the results will be included in the next members' newsletter.
We ask you for more information about yourself at the end. These questions are purely voluntary but will help us understand more about how our diverse members view their membership. Again, this information will be treated entirely confidentially.
