Medical Tourism Phase I: Fact Finding

 

Thank you for participating in Medical Tourism Phase 1: Fact Finding. This questionnaire has been created by the Economic Development Corporation's Medical Tourism Task Force and has been submitted to the medical specialists in Sarasota County. We are seeking information on your practice's experience with out of area patients and your interest in increasing a Medical Tourism patient base.
