Participant Information Sheet.
Thank you for your interest in participating in this project.
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between the four dimensions of self-reported schizotypy and substance use, aggression, risk taking behaviour and social support.
You will have to answer a questionnaire with various scales and topics. Some of these topics may contain sensitive questions concerning substance use. Your information is completely anonymous and in no way will it be personally identifiable once submitted. In order to participate you will need to be at least 18 years old. The average time for completion is 40 minutes, so please make sure you have ample time available.
Your participation is voluntary and you are free to withdraw at any time, without giving any reason. Also if for any reason you wish to withdraw your data. You may do so at any time and your data will not be included in any further analysis. You will be asked to provide a unique identifier that will be attached to your data for this purpose.
