The Morningside Neighborhood Association and the City of Salem have partnered to update the Morningside Neighborhood Plan. Work to prepare the new Morningside Neighborhood Plan – called Morningside 360 – began in September 2011 and is scheduled to wrap up in August 2012. Morningside residents, business operators, property owners and other interested parties are invited to contribute their ideas for the new plan.

We've received over 60 comments on PARKS & OPEN SPACE, and BIKE & PEDESTRIAN CONNECTIVITY to-date. This survey is designed to assist us in prioritizing these comments to ultimately formulate plan goals, policies and actions items. Thanks for your help!
