Louisville Public Library - Community Survey

The Board of Trustees of the Louisville Public Library is requesting your comments and suggestions regarding the proposed Library & Community Center. The Board is asking various citizen groups in Louisville and Nimishillen Township to assist in developing plans for the purposes and functions of this combined facility.

The Board estimates that this planning phase will take about one year followed by a year-long privately-based fundraiser that will not require a bond issue to build the combined facility. Construction of the Community Center & Library, which would be constructed on the site of the former old Middle School, would begin in the next two to three years with the opening planned approximately for 2015.
