Hi. Please assist your LIFE Travels committee by completing this survey to give us guidance about possible trips for 2011/2012. We appreciate your help.

Please note that this site is secure and this survey is anonymous. We will obtain from it the totals of the various choices as well as all the comments. We will NOT see anyone's actual survey, and therefore we won't know who is responsible for each answer or each comment.

That's fine with us, because what we want is an overall picture of LIFE members' preferences.

However, sometimes a survey doesn't really give you the chance to say fully what you want. If this is true for you with any of the written answers, just attach your name to your answer, and that will enable us to follow up with you. (Not possible with the multiple-choice questions, though!)

Also, there are a couple of questions in here which we would like to be able to follow up in order to give us more information; in the instructions for these questions we've asked you to add your name to your answer - but only if you're comfortable doing so.
