Lower East Side Stakeholder Survey

The Lower East Side Business Improvement District is looking to provide our great services to an even larger area. We are beginning an expansion project that would encompass most of the Lower East Side - from Houston Street on the north to Division Street on the south, and running from the Bowery on the west to Clinton Street on the east (see map). Whether it's keeping our streets clean so that very few merchants in our BID area receive sanitation tickets anymore, or removing the graffiti from our streets, or keeping our neighborhood safe through our security camera grant program, the LES BID plays a vital role in the profound transformation that continues to occur in our neighborhood. An expanded BID will also allow us to significantly enhance the successful community development and marketing initiatives that have had such a positive benefit for the property owners, merchants and residents in our current BID area.

If you are a property owner or merchant in our expansion area (as categorized by the light purple-shaded blocks on our map), we encourage you to complete our brief assessment survey. It should take a few short minutes to complete and will be invaluable to us as we seek to provide programs and services that meet the needs of the community.
