IMPORTANT: If chosen for the program you will be required to attend the mandatory, overnight class retreat in Napa on Friday, January 18th thru Saturday January 19th at 1p.

You must provide responses to the following questions in order for your application to be considered complete. Once you hit the "Done" button at the end of the page you will not be able to come back to this page to change your answers. It may be helpful to draft your answers to the application questions in a different format (like MS Word), then paste your final answers here in this survey format for submission.

Please note that you will be prompted to submit payment for $130 upon completion of this application ($180 after Sept. 14). If you have already submitted payment, you may close the window and consider your application process completed.

Remember also to RSVP for one of the two mandatory Applicant Orientation events (options are November 15 @ 8 am and November 19 @ 3:30 pm).

17. All applicants must attend one of two applicant orientation events to be considered for the 2013 program. If you cannot attend either of these orientations, please apply next year for the 2014 program. The orientation event dates are as follows and will both take place at KVIE Public Television at 2030 W. El Camino Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95833. Please choose one of the following options.
