Complete the following application to be considered for the Spring 2010 C3 Leadership Training Series. Please note, you must attend an orientation session to be eligible for the Spring Training.
Applications are due Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Late applications will not be considered.
It is not possible to save your progress and return to this application once you have begun. Make sure you are able to dedicate at least fifteen minutes to complete the entire application.
