I almost always use a mat for my photos

I use a mat about 50% of the time, the other 50% of the time I place the photo directly on my page.

I use a mat to add depth and dimension to my page.

I use a mat to act as a “buffer” for my photo to keep it safe from chemicals or elements on the page.

I use a mat to tie the colors from my photo into the colors of the page.

I don’t want to chance damaging my photos or scrapbook pages.

I feel it is unnecessary. My photos speak for themselves.

Yes, I have seen them but have not used them.

No, I have never heard of such a thing.

I have a hard time matching pre-cut mat cardstock to full sheet cardstock.

I have a difficult time working with the size of pre-cut mats.

They are too expensive.

I don’t like the color selections offered.

Storing the pre-cut paper is always a challenge.

Simple color choices make choosing a mat easy.
