The Second Annual Los Angeles Business and City Improvement Survey gives you the opportunity to provide me with your input regarding the City's service delivery and quality of life in Los Angeles. I will use this information to improve the services in your neighborhood and throughout the entire city.
As City Controller, I frequently remind our City leaders about the importance of accountability and the efficiency of City services, and how every decision must consider the City’s financial sustainability. I continue to fight fraudulent activity and wasteful spending, and I am committed to ensuring the City makes best use of its funds. I greatly appreciate your input from last year’s survey and am communicating the results across the City. Results from last year's survey can be found on my website at www.controller.lacity.org.
Survey data will continue to be used to develop a comprehensive evaluation of City services and will highlight citywide issues. With our City’s economy on the way to recovery, it is an important time to evaluate City programs and resident needs to make better use of scarce assets and resources. All responses will be anonymous, and reported in summary form. With your help, together, we can show why Los Angeles is one of the greatest cities in the world.
