The Friends of West Michigan Business, the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce’s Political Action Committee, will be endorsing candidates in the 2010 primary election.
In order to make sound decisions, the Friends of West Michigan Business has created and enclosed a candidate questionnaire. We ask that you please complete the questionnaire and provide a biography or information as it relates to your candidacy and return it by Thursday, May 27, 2010.
After receiving your information, members of the Friends of West Michigan Business will be conducting candidate interviews the week of June 7th. If appropriate, endorsements will be made in late June after the interview process.
A Chamber endorsement may entitle you to financial support from the Friends of West Michigan Business, media releases, and volunteers to assist with door-to-door or other campaign related activities. We wish you the best in your campaign and thank you for your time.
