The City of Kingston Parks and Recreation Department and the Healthy Kingston for Kids Project asks that you complete this short survey about your experiences in the City of Kingston Park System. For completing the survey, you may enter a drawing to win a $35 gift certificate good for any Kingston Parks and Recreation program in 2011. To enter at the end of the survey, you will be directed to a new page where you can enter your contact information, which will be separate from the anonymous survey. The drawing will take place in March of 2011.
The Healthy Kingston for Kids Partnership is a group of organizations whose goal is to reverse child obesity in Kingston through policy and environmental change. This survey will help Kingston identify park needs, number of visitor and types of visitor use. Look for a report with the results of our survey on the City of Kingston Parks and Recreation's Website in Spring of 2011. Thank you for taking to time to give us your input! As a reminder, this survey is anonymous.
